Conclusion / Example

Intermediate pilot takes Fujin 29 m² and flies solo with take-off weight 100 Kg at 25 km/h wind speed.
Tandem pilot that used to fly 39-42 m² gliders takes Fujin 29 m² and flies tandem with take-off weight 160 Kg (lightweight passenger) at 30 km/h wind speed.
Expert tandem pilot can take Fujin 29 m² with take-off weight 190 Kg at 40 km/h wind speed.

*expert meaning experience not only as regular tandem pilot, but also flying similar wing loading at similar wind speed. In this example (40 km/h) can be 15 m² miniwing with 100 Kg take-off weight

Solo flight

Niki flies Fujin 25 m² , solo, 90 Kg take-off weight, with ~25 km/h winds. Just enjying the views.

Normal tandem flight

Hugo Gaudêncio flies Fujin 29 m² , 160 Kg take-off weight, with ~30 km/h winds. Staying in the lift area.

Expert level flight

Test pilot Hugo Gaudêncio flies Fujin 25 m² , 170 Kg take-off weight, with ~40 km/h winds. Doing touch down dive at beach level and recovery to a cliff.

Same wind, same size, different take-off weight

Niki flies Fujin 25 m² with ballast, take off weight 110 Kg.
Filmed by Hugo flying Fujin 25 m² with passenger, take off weight 150 Kg. Windspeed ~30-35 km/h

What is the secret?
First, pilotage manner plays a big role in soaring strong winds.
Second, taking out of equasion manuevers, Fujin penetration ability is incredible. Acceleration you get when using speed system (trimmers) makes difference.
